For Commercial Brokers Only
Fiducia Commercial Network (FCN) has reaffirmed HSBC UK as a strategic lender partner throughout 2026, strengthening access to established high street commercial banking expertise for the network’s Appointed Representatives (ARs).
With 2026 already well underway, FCN’s focus is on delivering consistent, meaningful engagement for our brokers through a structured programme of activity designed to build momentum through the second half of the year. This includes nationwide networking events, educational webinars and coordinated digital activity, including newsletter features and editorial contributions. Together, these touchpoints will provide brokers with regular access to HSBC UK expertise and clearer insight into lending appetite and sector focus—supporting stronger outcomes for brokers and their clients.
HSBC UK’s Commercial Broker proposition draws on the bank’s established commercial lending capabilities. Core areas include support for trading businesses, commercial mortgages, term lending for owner-occupied property and acquisitions, including expertise in management buyouts. HSBC UK also provides working capital solutions, including funding for stock and international trading, alongside sector expertise in agricultural businesses (including agri-foods and estates), healthcare (including dental, pharmacy and GP practices), and asset finance.
Through the partnership, as a member of the HSBC UK Broker Panel, FCN brokers will have access to HSBC UK dedicated Broker Business Development Managers, who will cultivate relationships and support brokers in developing and broadening client opportunities.
All lending is subject to status and HSBC UK’s lending criteria.
Norman Chambers, Executive Relationships Director at Fiducia Commercial Network, said:
“Commercial finance is a contact sport. Communication and collaboration play a critical role in driving momentum in this market. Strong relationships between brokers and lenders are what deliver successful outcomes. We genuinely value the relationship we have built with HSBC UK and the consistency and professionalism they bring to the network. Their strength across the commercial banking spectrum, combined with direct access to experienced professionals and dedicated relationship support, gives our Appointed Representatives real confidence when supporting clients across a wide range of transactions.”
Marcus Grimshaw, CEO of Fiducia Commercial Network, added:
“Our priority as a network is to ensure brokers have direct access to experienced decision-makers, with clarity of lending appetite and dependable institutional support. At FCN, we have built a high-impact commercial finance distribution network, not a narrow brokerage model, and that means structuring meaningful, year-round engagement with institutions that can deliver at scale. HSBC UK partnership reinforces our focus on depth, capability, and consistency.”
Ian Coulson, Head of Commercial Brokerage, HSBC UK, said:
“Continuing our partnership with Fiducia in 2026 is a key strategic priority for HSBC UK as we scale our broker proposition. With the year already in motion, we’re focused on showing up consistently, bringing our expertise, clarity of appetite and breadth of capability to FCN’s Appointed Representatives. By working as an ultimate partner, we’ll strengthen relationships and help brokers deliver positive outcomes for their clients.”
The continued partnership builds on the established relationship between Fiducia Commercial Network and HSBC UK, reflecting our shared focus on structured broker engagement. As FCN strengthens its lender relationships and HSBC UK continues to scale its Commercial Broker proposition, sustained collaboration remains central to supporting brokers and helping UK businesses access the funding and expertise they need to grow.
