Valuable Additions

“Training doesn’t stop when our ARs go live, and the ongoing development and support that Mike will bring to the table for them will be invaluable in helping their firms successfully place more business. We are delighted to welcome Mike to the team.
“I’m equally delighted to welcome Rob as Business Development Manager.
“BDMs on a finance network are multi-taskers with a combination of skillsets and the personality and temperament to deal with what can, and generally does, get thrown at them.
“Meet Rob Sims and that was a summary of his CV right there! An experienced case packager, a relationship management skillset and a personality and temperament that will endear him to our AR firms on the network.
“Managing a network is a team game, and I am very pleased to now call Rob our team mate.”
Both Mike, 35, and Rob, 40, are vastly experienced operators in the financial services sector. They bring a wealth of knowledge to the ever expanding Fiducia Commercial Network team.
Mike has worked across the property industry as a mortgage and protection broker and in broker training, development and sales management roles.
He said: “I’m delighted to be joining Fiducia Commercial Network. I’m very excited by their growth and expansion plans and will delighted to help the team expand the Network.
“I understand the importance of providing good quality support and I will specialise in the training, development and ongoing support of Fiducia Commercial Network ARs.
“This provides the assurance that by joining Fiducia Commercial Network they get the help they want to focus on moving their business forwards by broadening their offering to clients.
“Fiducia Commercial Network offers a fantastic proposal to any business out there looking to bolster their existing products offering.
“It has the flexibility to fit in seamlessly and provide valuable solutions to clients.
“The minute I found out about the proposal I knew I wanted to be onboard to help with the journey.”
Successful Career
Rob has enjoyed a successful career in the financial services industry with experience ranging from Business Development Manager at a regulated and unregulated mortgage packager, to broker registration services within a high street bank environment.
He said: “I’m delighted to be joining Fiducia Commercial Network and helping to build it into something great by giving 110% effort.
“My arrival will bring my packager and registrations experience that will help onboard brokers to the network and support the brokers to create a smooth funding journey for customers.
““My initial focus is to get myself up-to-speed on product and criteria for our lender panel and build strong relationships with our ARs.
“The network can support a range of client options when it comes to funding property – and I look forward to supporting brokers in thinking out of the box to get the best client outcomes.”
Pride And Prejudice
Away from work, Rob enjoys spending his spare time as a Lease Marshall at an Airsoft site outside of Reading and his claim to fame is being an extra in the latest Pride and Prejudice.
