Former NACFB Compliance Manager Joins Fiducia

The Fiducia Group are delighted to welcome Erica Meredith to Fiducia Commercial Network.

The former NACFB Compliance Manager will join Fiducia Commercial Network as Head of Compliance.

She will steer Fiducia Commercial Network as they grow their ever expanding network of Appointed Representatives – providing professionals across the UK with the ability to provide commercial funding opportunities for clients.

Erica joins as head of Compliance having enjoyed more than 15 years working in the financial services sector across commercial finance, corporate banking and compliance.

Erica is hugely experienced and well-connected. She created and implemented the Minimum Standards Review and Assurance Consultation Process and created and developed and launched the NACFB Broker Academy.

Advisor

Erica had been an Advisor to the Senior Policy Advisor regarding renewable sector and the role of finance for DECC (now BEIS) and was a panellist interviewed by Naga Munchetty on the topic, ‘Have the regulators lost their teeth?’

Erica, said: “I joined Fiducia to make a difference and for the company to be the network of choice, by bringing clients excellent choice of product, fair value, good outcomes and a professional service.

“With my 15 year’s experience in financial services, mainly in commercial and corporate finance for which 11 years were in compliance, I have the knowledge and understanding of the commercial broking world and able to find solutions for the company enabling the brokers to find the best outcomes for our clients.”

Erica begins her new role at the Fiducia Commercial Network with immediate effect.

The Fiducia Network is part of the Fiducia Group of companies, founded in 2001 by industry veteran Marcus Grimshaw and Anthony Scott.

The former commercial and private bankers have assembled a team boasting more than 200-years of financial expertise and exceptional portfolio management.

They believe the Network shifts the traditional transactional nature of the finance broker industry to more of a relationship management, providing clients with wealth management, pensions and protection needs.

The Fiducia Network is open for anyone to join subject to due diligence, onboarding and training.

The Network already includes former commercial bank managers, residential mortgage brokers with commercial clients, finance brokers, accountants, solicitors, tax advisers and commercial property agents.

Members are able to provide a full range of commercial finance solutions including Commercial Mortgages, Bridging Finance, Property Investment, Development Finance, Business Loans, Invoice Finance, Trade & Supply Chain, Asset Finance and Vehicle Solutions.

Fiducia Network Members also receive Professional Indemnity Insurance (PI) and membership to the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB).

Fiducia Commercial Solutions provide members will complete support including business support, compliance, system and admin support.
