Mark Grant Heads Up Fiducia Commercial Network Expansion

The Fiducia Commercial Network are excited to announce a new look two pronged attack force to maximise opportunity and demand to join their network.

They have beefed up their senior management team even further with a third star signing in as many weeks and will now have dedicated teams to manage UK and International brokers respectively.

Hugely experienced financial services professional Mark Grant has been appointed Managing Director (UK) of The Fiducia Commercial Network’ whilst Rachel Kent will become Managing Director (International).

The pair will be supported by former NACFB Compliance Manager Erica Meredith who heads up compliance for The Fiducia Commercial Network and Lisa Pilgrim who joined as Operations Director.

The new look management team has been assembled to manage unprecedented demand from brokers applying to join The Fiducia Commercial Network in the UK, the Far East, Asia and the U.A.E.

 

“Mark is hugely respected and well known within the industry. He is the perfect candidate to manage the demand to join the Network.

“Mark’s knowledge, connections, and experience  in the commercial finance and Network sector is unrivalled. He is the ideal leader to drive the UK Network forward and help our expanding army of Appointed representatives to develop and provide first class customer service to their clients.

“Rachel will manage and develop the international arm of The Fiducia Commercial Network. She has been a key member of our team for a long time and has been crucial to our success so far.

“She will dedicate her time to manage those existing international partnerships Businesses and specialist international lenders and develop the Network further internationally

“Erica has a fantastic reputation in the finance industry thanks to her magnificent work with the NACFB and her insight will be invaluable to members of the Network.

“Lisa is hugely experienced and has hit the ground running, already demonstrating her operational leadership within the various departments with the business.

The Network is a commercial finance ‘Appointed Representative’ (AR) network which allows independent operators to provide commercial finance options to their existing client base.

Fiducia Group CEO Marcus Grimshaw seconded  Mark from another business within The Fiducia Group as  the Network was established and is delighted Mark has rejoined the company to renew their professional relationship.

International Development

Rachel Kent will focus on developing the international network managing existing relationships and adding ARs looking to bring international investment to the United Kingdom.

Marcus, added: “Rachel has been instrumental in helping us build and steer the growth of the network. We now have an emerging and significant international presence with lenders and brokers alike. Indeed, our more recent additions to the network have major relationships and brokers in Dubai, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore Malaysia, and Europe.

“The board see this as a very distinct core rather than niche opportunity for growth and as a clear demonstration of our ambition Rachel will lead the growth and expansion of this offering and will also directly report into the CEO and join the board.

“We know that Rachel is the perfect person to develop this crucial part of the business as we welcome more and more international investors to the United Kingdom.”

Fiducia Academy

The Fiducia Network is keen to speak with existing commercial finance brokers both sole traders and business, and those new to the industry who wish to be mentored trained and developed through the Fiducia Academy anyone wishing to join will be subject to initial and ongoing due diligence, fit and proper assessments and training and development.

The Network already includes former commercial bank managers, residential mortgage brokers experienced finance brokers, accountants, , commercial property agents and Asset finance specialists.

Members are able to provide a full range of commercial finance solutions including Commercial Mortgages, Bridging Finance, Property Finance, Development Finance, Business Loans, Invoice Finance, Trade & Supply Chain Finance, Asset Finance cashflow finance and Vehicle Solutions.

Fiducia Network Members also receive Professional Indemnity Insurance (PI) and membership to the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB).

Fiducia Commercial Solutions provide members will complete support including business support, compliance, system and administrative support.
