FCN Shortlisted | NACFB Commercial Broker Awards 2026

Fiducia Commercial Network is celebrating three shortlist places at the NACFB Commercial Broker Awards 2026, while FCN member Matchbox Finance has also secured an independent shortlist place following a nomination from the network.

FCN has been shortlisted for:

• Commercial Broker Network of the Year
• Intermediary Excellence Award

Executive Relationships Director Norman Chambers has also been individually shortlisted for Industry Leader of the Year.

The recognition follows an independent judging process and a record-breaking year for the awards, with more than 430 submissions received across 26 categories.

Industry recognition for Norman Chambers

The Industry Leader of the Year category celebrates individuals who drive success within their own firms while strengthening industry relationships, promoting best practice and helping to shape professional standards.

Norman Chambers, Executive Relationships Director at FCN, said:

“It’s a real honour to be shortlisted for Industry Leader of the Year, particularly alongside so many respected people from across the industry.

FCN-nominated Matchbox Finance secures shortlist place

FCN member Matchbox Finance has been shortlisted for Commercial Mortgage Broker of the Year (1–3 brokers), following a nomination submitted by FCN.

The firm was put forward in recognition of its professionalism, commercial mortgage expertise and commitment to securing positive outcomes for its clients.

The category recognises smaller brokerages demonstrating technical excellence, high-quality client support and effective lender negotiation across commercial property finance.

Marcus added:

“We were proud to nominate Matchbox Finance in recognition of the expertise, professionalism and commitment the team consistently demonstrates. Securing a place on the shortlist is thoroughly deserved and reflects the high standards they bring to supporting their clients.”

Although Matchbox Finance’s shortlist place is independent of FCN’s three categories, the recognition reflects the quality and expertise found across the network’s broker community.

What happens next?

The winners and highly commended entries will be determined using a combination of the judges’ assessments and votes from eligible NACFB Patrons and Partners. Voting closes on Wednesday 29th July.

Winners will be announced at the NACFB Commercial Broker Awards ceremony at Emirates Old Trafford in Manchester on Friday 11th September 2026.
